Non-toxic essentials: bookmark this post for conscious shopping

My obsession with prioritizing non-toxic products is real. I'm not saying I'm SUPER strict with it, but if I can avoid them, I will. Additionally, a recent study indicates that women who use makeup absorb nearly five pounds of chemicals annually. These statistics alone compelled me to drop the book I was reading and dispose of all my products. This is so useful!! I have been trying to be more conscious of the chemicals present in the products I use and honestly it feels so good to know that I'm doing something good for my body when swapping my old products for toxic-free alternatives. It takes time but every little step counts!
